Tampa Yard Team (TYT) is a high-end landscaping company based in Tampa, Florida, offering full-service outdoor maintenance and design. The goal of this project was to create a refined brand identity that reflects craftsmanship, reliability, and an elevated client experience—setting TYT apart from typical landscaping competitors.
The identity needed to feel premium yet approachable, appealing to residential and commercial clients seeking quality, professionalism, and trust.
The Challenge
Elevating a traditionally utilitarian industry into a luxury space without alienating the local, hands-on nature of the business. The brand needed to feel premium and intentional while still communicating reliability, approachability, and outdoor expertise.
Additionally, the identity had to function across a wide range of applications—from trucks and uniforms to signage and packaging—without losing clarity or impact.
Classic typography, rich, nature-inspired colors, and organic graphic elements. The identity balances structure and warmth, reinforcing professionalism while maintaining a strong connection to the outdoors.
A flexible logo system and supporting visuals allow the brand to scale seamlessly across physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency in every customer interaction.
Designed for Versatility
Multiple logo variations were created to support different use cases, including primary, secondary, and icon-based marks. Each version maintains strong legibility and recognition across light and dark backgrounds, large-scale vehicles, and small-format applications.
This flexibility ensures the brand remains cohesive no matter where it appears.
Natural, Warm, and Confident
The color palette draws inspiration from lush greenery, warm sunlight, and earthy neutrals. Deep greens convey trust and growth, while warm accent tones add energy and approachability.
Together, the palette reinforces TYT’s positioning as a premium outdoor service brand.
Timeless with a Modern Edge
Typography selections balance elegance and clarity, pairing a clean sans-serif with refined display elements. The type system supports strong hierarchy and readability across signage, marketing materials, and branded merchandise.
The result is a typographic voice that feels confident, polished, and enduring.
Organic Details That Add Depth
Custom graphic elements inspired by local foliage were developed to add visual interest without overpowering the core identity. These assets enhance layouts, support storytelling, and help differentiate the brand across marketing materials.

The identity was applied across a range of realistic mockups, including service vehicles, signage, uniforms, packaging, and promotional materials. These applications demonstrate how the brand functions in real environments and reinforce its premium positioning.
